During this lockdown, we in Te Puna Wairua have been trying to be creative online. The students were given the mana as to what they would like to do. The students decided to do a book bake! a book bake is where the students were given the opportunity to choose a book read it then they had to create a dish that they thought would coincide with the story they had read. my book of course was about Rēwana.

SHHH just so you know Whaea Tamara is in red hair and the red glasses and even a cape soo proud of our Te Puna Wairua ākonga, pouako and of course our whānau who stuck with us through these lockdowns. Have decided to carry on this kaupapa even after lockdown.
